Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a straightforward and transparent shipping experience to ensure your items reach you safely and promptly.

Shipping Zones and Delivery Areas

We currently offer free shipping within New Zealand to non-rural customers. We also ship to the East Coast of Australia and can quote for any international destination.

Processing Time

Pre-existing store purchases are typically processed within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Bespoke, custom orders can take up to 2 months to build and ship.  You will be given updates along the way.  This is a personal process and every guitar is different.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our website or directly on the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

A few timbers are restricted in certain countries and we will check with customs before accepting a payment.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Change of Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated after an order has been processed.

Pick-Up Option

We currently do not currently offer a pick-up option from our warehouse. All orders are shipped directly to your specified address.
